Physical Books & Planners We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in unread, like-new condition with no signs of use, writing, or wear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

eBooks & Digital Downloads All eBook and digital download sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital products. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
